Privacy Policy
Prompt-Brush ("we", "us") is a collaborative, non-AI drawing project: people answer written prompts by hand. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices. We keep it minimal on purpose.
What we collect
- Email address — when you submit a prompt, optionally when you submit a drawing, or when you claim an alias.
- Alias — a public display name you choose to be credited under.
- Your content — the drawings and prompt text you create and submit.
- Basic technical data — standard server logs (e.g. request metadata) used to run and secure the service.
How we use it
- To operate the gallery and credit your work under your chosen alias.
- To confirm ownership of a prompt or alias (a one-time verification code by email).
- To notify you — for example when your prompt is drawn, or your drawing is approved.
- To review submissions and prevent abuse.
We do not sell your data, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not track you across other apps or websites.
Where it's stored
Data is stored with service providers that process it only on our behalf: our database and hosting (Railway), image storage (Cloudflare R2), and transactional email (Resend). We don't share your data with anyone else.
Your choices & account deletion
You can delete your account at any time in the app: Profile → Delete account. This removes your alias and your email address. Drawings that were already approved may remain in the public gallery as anonymous artwork. To request deletion of specific content or any other data, email us at pablo@delcan.co and we'll handle it.
Children
Prompt-Brush is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
We may update this policy; we'll revise the date above when we do.
